Here’s the deal: If you really want to create true “hands off, automated & passive” income online, you need to make a few choices. You need to select a business model and you need to produce a real business plan. I spent years trying to figure out what to do online, I tried it all.
Seriously, there is absolutely nothing I haven’t tried. So what did I conclude? Well… that there are really 2 core business models that actually work.

Well, through blogging and or niche websites. They are both very different business models which work extremely well. Niche websites are basically sites in random niches (like weight loss, hair loss, trucks & gardening etc).
Once we establish a niche, we start sites and rank them on Google for a couple of different search terms… The traffic comes in and we monetize it.
Then there’s blogging. Honestly, I think blogging involves more work, but over the long run can be even more profitable than running niche websites. So I will show you exactly how to build an authority blog in any niche you like. I’ll also show you exactly how to build niche websites that rank in the search engines and make money on complete auto pilot.
