What Are Niche Websites And Why Build Them?

So this is the first post in my Niche Site Profit Formula series that will go on for the next couple of months. If you’re not familiar with my Niche Site Profit formula, click here. If you are, just carry on reading as I’m going to talk about niche websites and why they are an incredible little business model. So first of all, what are niche websites?

Well, they are essentially normal websites in random niches. But unlike other websites, niche sites are built for 1 purpose, to make PASSIVE income. By passive I mean hands off, automated and truly set & forget. As we all want passive income right? I mean who actually wants to work their ass off just to cover mortgage payments, school fees, groceries and maybe the occasional holiday every 2 years? News Flash people… society sucks and the average 9-5 job is complete bullshit. Let me emphasize on that a little…

So let’s use the average American’s life as although I’m English, the majority of you reading this are in the USA. Anyway, you start off by being indoctrinated from birth to believe that you should go to school, do what you’re told, go to college, get a 9-5 job, contribute to silly society and then worst of all, pay taxes. Or shall I say let complete strangers steal a huge chunk of your pay check. AND THEN… get married, have kids or shall I say “clones” who are then taught to repeat the process. Now to me, it’s insanity and plain unfair. More importantly, we can all do a lot better.

But somehow, over the last few hundred years we’ve accepted it and allowed it to happen. So that’s why you should start a niche site business. So you can do what you like while your sites make money for you. So throughout this series of articles, I’m going to show you step by step how to literally setup a profit pulling business that runs on complete autopilot. So how do niche websites make money?

Well, let me just break down the whole niche site business in a few bullet points…

Step 1. Identify Niche (Weight loss, money, Internet Marketing, cars, skincare, health etc)

Step 2. Identify Keywords (Look for phrases or words people are searching for that are potentially profitable)

Step 3. Build Website Targeting Keyword/s (Setup website targeting the specific keywords, choose business model and post some content)

Step 4. Promote Website By Building Backlinks (Getting other sites linking to yours to make it rank in the search engines for the keywords)

Step 5. Receive Free Traffic & Profit (Every day of every month)

Step 6. Repeat Process

So those are the fundamental steps involved in building a profitable niche site empire. Basically we’re going to be choosing a niche. Then finding a few keywords within the niche that fit my top secret criteria. Then we buy a domain, build an entire website around the keywords. Of course, we’ll have to decide on a monetization method. I generally use Google Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon and the odd CPA offer. After that we build a few backlinks using my secret SEO strategy which sky rockets our site to the top of the search engines. That’s pretty much it, then we’ll repeat the process. The site’s I’ll teach you to build will generally rank for low-medium competition keywords.

The whole point of this business model is to receive free ongoing traffic from the search engines. Don’t worry… it’s a totally reliable traffic source and with my SEO strategy you’ll be golden for at least the next 10+ years. Probably for life! Anyway, you’ll be able to learn step by step how to monetize the sites, how to do the keyword research, exactly how to build them and ultimately rank them in the search engines. Trust me, I’m a pro at this stuff. I’ve been building these little niche websites for around a year now. Plus, I have a ton of previous experience with online businesses, traffic generation and search engine optimization. (I started when I was just 12 years old)

So I believe I’m going to end the post around here. I could go on for another hour, but it’s not exactly necessary. As here’s the deal… I’m going to teach you a business model that actually works. It’s not some total bullshit that’ll “make you millions” in 100 days. How much will you make? Well, each site will make a few bucks a day. That’s to begin with. Then, we grow the better sites and the sky is really the limit. Making $50-$250/day from 1 site is totally possible, but I’m going to show you how to spread your risks with at least 30 websites. This business model can 100% turn into a full time income or just be a new income stream for you. Just so you know, this information is being sold.
